This is our first time offering coffee from the Kibingo Washing Station, located in the Yakanza Province of Burundi near the border of Rwanda. Built in 1986, the washing station collects coffee cherries from over 3,533 local farmers. We lightly roast this honey processed coffee, resulting in a delightfully tangy, sweet floral, citrus cup. Look for ruby red grapefruit aromatics, followed by notes of honey, dark milk chocolate and Meyer lemon.
