This coffee comes from a small farm located in Tolima, Colombia (one of our favorite regions for coffee growing right now). Ivan Molano inherited Las Pulgas from his father at age 11, where it is Colombian tradition for parents to assign lots to their children. This washed lot is fermented for 24-hours, then dried three to four days in full shade. This results in a smooth, tangy, sweet cup. Look for deep grape notes that coat the mouth with a lingering sweetness.
